Needlepoint Destashing is an online consignment platform where users can buy and sell unstitched needlepoint canvases at discounted prices. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies.

You do not have to create an account to make a purchase or submit items for consignment.

3. Purchasing and Payment Policy

All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout. If a discount code is forgotten, we will honor it one time as a courtesy, but future orders will not be adjusted.

Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
4. Consignment and Destashing Policy

To consign with us, please review our Consignment Guidelines for information on items we accept and do not accept.

Consignors agree to the pricing structure and commission rates outlined in the consignment agreement.

Needlepoint Destashing reserves the right to reject or remove items that do not meet our quality standards or violate our guidelines.
5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

We strive to process and ship orders promptly, but delivery timeframes are unpredictable and subject to carrier delays.

Needlepoint Destashing is not responsible for delayed packages. We do not consider a package lost until it has not been scanned by the carrier for 60 days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and free shipping promotions are subject to the terms specified in the offer.
6. Super Saturday and Discount Policy

Super Saturday occurs on the last Saturday of every month, offering an extra 10% off all items. Discount codes cannot be applied to purchases made on Super Saturday.

Discount codes are valid for one use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers.
