At Needlepoint Destashing, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping for all our customers. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 7 days of receipt, unless a delayed shipping notification is posted at checkout.

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer shipping to the United States only.

Shipping Upgrades

  • If you'd like a faster shipping method, feel free to reach out to us at 480-389-4327 and we can discuss shipping options.

Combined Shipping

  • We will automatically combine orders placed on the same calendar day and refund any shipping overages.

  • Free shipping orders will ship separately from other orders placed on the same day.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please check your tracking link for updates.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of consignment items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times may be unpredictable. We are not responsible for package delays.

  • A package is not considered lost until it has not been scanned by the carrier for 60 days. If a package is not scanned for 60 days, we will refund your order at that time.

  • We do not issue refunds for orders that the tracking number shows have been delivered.
