Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 days of receipt, unless a delayed shipping notification is posted at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to the United States only.
Shipping Upgrades

If you'd like a faster shipping method, feel free to reach out to us at 480-389-4327 and we can discuss shipping options.
Combined Shipping

We will automatically combine orders placed on the same calendar day and refund any shipping overages.

Free shipping orders will ship separately from other orders placed on the same day.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of consignment items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may be unpredictable. We are not responsible for package delays.

A package is not considered lost until it has not been scanned by the carrier for 60 days. If a package is not scanned for 60 days, we will refund your order at that time.

We do not issue refunds for orders that the tracking number shows have been delivered.
